Compact Brewing Systems
Our compact brewhouses offer brewpubs, gastropub breweries, test laboratories, and ambitious homebrewers a professional, space-saving, and fully operational brewing solution. The systems combine all components of the brewing process on a stable, mobile stainless steel frame.
Features & Highlights
- Compact 2-vessel brewhouse: Integration of mash/brew kettle and lauter/whirlpool tank on an ergonomic work surface with an integrated sink and water faucet.
- Flexible control options: Choice of classic relay/button control with digital temperature controllers or modern PLC touchscreen control (Siemens) for automatic mashing programs.
- High-quality piping & pump: Integrated food-grade wort pump, stainless steel piping with manual valves, spray nozzle for hose cleaning, and connections for plate heat exchangers for wort cooling.
- Design & execution: Robust stainless steel chassis (AISI 304) on heavy-duty casters for maximum mobility. Optionally available in a classic stainless steel look or with copper-clad hoods and vapor pipes.
- Ergonomics & safety: Equipped with a spent grain discharge manhole (on larger models such as the KB200), vapor extraction, central main switch, and emergency stop switch.
