We develop and build systems for the brewing and beverage industry – from KEG systems and filling technology to cleaning and stainless steel systems. Our focus is not on making technology as complex as possible, but on solutions that work reliably in day-to-day operations: thoughtfully planned, cleanly manufactured, and tailored to your processes.
Custom system solutions for breweries
As a family-owned company, we combine a solid craftsmanship foundation with technical expertise. We plan every system individually – with the aim of creating stable processes, easy operation and long-term operational reliability. We use the latest technology while remaining loyal to proven components, so that maintenance and spare parts remain straightforward.
For almost 50 years, we have been working for breweries in Germany and abroad. From smaller operations to large, high-capacity systems: planning, manufacturing and implementation all come from a single source with us.
We supply breweries throughout Europe and worldwide – for example to Japan, North America, Germany, Asia and Africa.
History
Evolution from a craft business to plant engineering
Our roots lie in traditional craftsmanship: after completing his apprenticeship, master craftsman’s examination, and working in plant engineering, Alfred Gruber Sr. founded his own company on March 31, 1979. What began as a coppersmith’s shop and gas, water, and heating installation business evolved step by step toward stainless steel machine and plant engineering for dairies, breweries, and wineries.
Focus on KEG systems and brewery technology
We built our first KEG systems as early as the 1980s—a field that remains with us to this day. As demand increased, so did the company: the business was relocated to Eugendorf and expanded, the first systems were exported abroad, and increasingly fully automated solutions were developed.
In the years that followed, we have continuously invested, further developed, and expanded our expertise. Today, we stand for practical brewery technology, many years of experience, and systems that simply work in operation—for customers throughout Europe and worldwide.
