MFK-VA – Manual KEG Filling Head
The MFK-VA consists of a stainless steel KEG filling head for filling standard KEGs. Thanks to its interchangeable tap head, it is suitable for various fitting systems. Automatic fill stop, adjustable vent throttle, and integrated beer stop device enable precise filling with minimal beer losses. The filling head is designed for CIP cleaning and disinfection up to 120°C.

Description
The manual KEG filling head consists of a standard stainless steel tap head (Micromatic brand), which is enhanced as follows:
A disc valve is mounted on the beer connection and attached to the fitting using a tri-clamp.
The hose terminates with a cone NW32 or NW25 including lock nut or tri-clamp 1.5″
A vent control with integrated beer stop valve and sight glass is attached to the CO2 connection of the tap head using a tri-clamp.
A stainless steel pressure gauge 0-4 bar is screwed in at the top of the sight glass at the vent control.
The release mechanism at the end of the unit serves to press down the ball (beer stop) and provides a lock for CIP of the filling head.
