EcoKEG – Semi-automatic KEG cleaning and filling system
The EcoKEG is a semi-automatic KEG filling and cleaning system for internal cleaning and filling of standard commercial KEGs. With a capacity of up to 20 KEGs per hour, filling is carried out via a flow meter. Automatic CO₂ purging, integrated CIP cleaning of the filling head, and the optional filling of single-use KEGs make the system a versatile solution for different KEG systems.

Machine

- Pneumatic stainless steel piston rod valves with optical position indicator
- Feed monitoring via adjustable pressure switch with LED pressure display
- Return monitoring via tuning fork sensor with optical indicator
- Internal CIP cleaning of the filling tapping head
Tank
- Insulated and integrated tank, 80 litres
- Electric screw-in heating element 6.5 kW
- Pump 1.1 kW, capacity 5 m³/h with silicon carbide/EPDM shaft seal specially for caustic and acid operation
- Electronic dry-run protection for pump
- PT100 temperature sensor
- Return line with air separator pipe
- Expansion vessel specially for residual beer

- Digital temperature controller for tank
