BabyKEG – Semi-Automatic KEG Cleaning System

The BabyKEG is a semi-automatic KEG cleaning system for the internal cleaning of standard KEGs. With a capacity of up to 20 KEGs per hour, it is suitable for reliable cleaning processes in breweries. The system is designed for all common KEGs and fitting systems and impresses with its robust stainless steel construction and Siemens PLC control.

  • flow monitoring via adjustable pressure switch with LED pressure display
  • return flow monitoring via probe with optical display
  • holder for tap head

  • electric screw-in heating element 6.5 kW
  • pump 1.1 kW with shaft seal specially designed for alkaline and acid operation
  • electronic dry-run protection for pump
  • PT100 temperature sensor
