Gruber Cask Filling System – Maximum flexibility for every cask format
This fully automatically controlled filling system from Gruber KEG-Anlagen was specially developed for the flexible and precise filling of all common cask types (wood and stainless steel casks, Pin, Firkin, Kilderkin, etc.).
Highlights & Technical Equipment
- Precise filling volume measurement via IDM: The integrated Inductive Flow Meters (IDM) ensure extremely exact, foam-free volume recording regardless of viscosity and pressure conditions.
- Overhead dosing pumps: The top-mounted high-performance pumps ensure gentle product handling, resulting in short paths, perfect hygiene, and effortless maintenance.
- For all cask variants: Flexibly applicable for traditional wooden casks as well as modern stainless steel pressure kegs of any design and size.
- Two independent filling stations: The two separately controllable filling stations allow for parallel or uninterrupted, alternating filling.
- PLC touch control: Convenient and intuitively operated Siemens control for exact presetting and monitoring of filling volumes.
